The sales assistance knowledge expertise and friendliness to guide us through the computer generated analysis of need an absolute brilliant aid to decision making. It’s like match.com but for mattresses We were then shown the actual mattresses to lie on and decide which one we liked best So the ability to workout what we didn’t like made us chose our favourite. The sales assistant was amazing she was very empowering guiding us and answering all our questions. The best thing I learnt about choosing a mattress is don’t assume firm is best. Let the machine technology assess your personal needs.

John provided great customer service and helped us to find mattress which suited our needs and budget. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, with a great sense of humour.

Within 3 months we have brought two mattresses from dreams which has been quite costly but the quality was excellent. The same person serverd us both times and his mannerism and friendliness was excellent. My four year old son on both occasions was with us too, the man made such an effort to include him as one of the mattresses was for him. He even gave him a lollipop. Couldn’t speak anymore highly of dreams and will certainly recommend you to anybody :)

The shop assistant, Dave, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a very good approach, he showed us around the store, introduced us to products appropriate to our needs and he also was respectful and gave me and my partner space to speak between ourselves. He also offered us hot drinks, he makes a good coffee!
