We were served by Aimee who was both knowledgeable and very supportive of our requirements. We never felt rushed or pushed towards a certain product. Aimee asked what we needed listened to us and showed us a selection of beds that would meet our needs. she said we could try them and take as much time as we needed. She offered and made us a cup of tea. she explained the difference between them. We agreed to buy one. She took our name and address and confirmed it then gave a delivery date with a time window. She was polite and courteous a real asset to your store

The sales consultant was very professional, helpful and friendly. It was a quick and easy process. The mattress matching machine is excellent.
