Very helpful friendly staff but not over pressurised

The store was beautifully clean and tidy. The staff were very approachable, offered assistance and knowledge. When deciding on types of slats, they did not encourage me to go for the most expensive option, they were open and honest the whole time. There was no pressure put on to make any decisions. Once I had chosen to go through with my purchase, the process was very quick and I felt all my needs were met. I felt I have been listened to and my overall experience was great. In future i will be coming back to make more purchases when i decide to get a new bed/mattress again.

Did sensor bed test which gave mattress reccomendations. Sales assistant helpful without being pushy. Showed us the products then left us to decide. Mattress felt great,can't wait for it to arrive. We were told will be given a delivery time slot rather than having to wait all morning or afternoon which is ideal as we both work.

Received greeting from staff as soon as entered store. Left to browse for reasonable amount of time before member of staff came to help. Discussed requirements. Member of staff had good knowledge of product and options available. We were then left to discuss in private before making decision. Didn't feel pressured to buy. No 'hard sell'. Good communication throughout and happy with service.

Staff were very kind and generous, they offered us drinks and they knew exactly what we were looking for. Very pleased with the service. And amazing comfortable pillows :)

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me a variety of mattresses to suit my needs over various price ranges.

The store in Nottingham is awesome. They made me feel at home and helped me choose a bed that I really need because of my disability. I'm looking forward to sleeping in my new Tempur bed. Thanks especially to Alex, Felix and John.

We had two young children with us. The member of staff was very helpful, patient and informative and we made the right purchase for us

We needed a bed at short notice and the staff helped us to purchase one of the ex-display models. We were really pleased with it.
