Very friendly atmosphere, the joking between colleagues made it very relaxing. The member of staff (who may have been called Dave, but left to become a driving instructor) who served us remembered us from several weeks before which was really good. An excellent service and experience.

the staff was very friendly offered us tea or coffee they explained quality of base and mattresses.

The staff were the perfect amount of helpful but not over-whelming or annoying. They fully knew what they were talking about in terms of products and helped with my every need.

The lady that served us was very friendly, helpful and knew what she was talking about. She was patient whilst we tried a handful of mattresses out, and was keen to make sure we found one we really liked.

From the moment we walked into the store we were helped and advised.
