Friendly staff member who was not pushy and seemed to have knowledge about all the products. I forgot my bank card and rang the store to complete the order when I got home. Looking forward to my new mattress arriving. Just hope the after sales service, if needed is as good.

This is the second time I have purchased from Dreams and yet again they provided a great service without the hard sell, John was very knowledgeable but recognised that I knew what my budget was and ensured I worked within it.

Aimee was very helpful and helped us decide which mattress was right for us.

The sales assistant Jodie was very helpful and took her time to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, without being pushy and over powering. This really helped us make the decision to buy the goods we were looking for.

Had a price in mind what I wanted to pay. The assistant couldn’t have done more for me.

The young man who helped me was very patient and did everything he could to help me. Plus there was no problem getting a 4ft divan .

Within my visit at Dreams we started to wander around the store until we were shortly approached by a member of staff. He was very friendly and the other colleague also gave her opinion on choices that were made. I sat on the bed in which it was made clear by the results given which type of bed I should choose within the minutes. The member of staff who was catering to us with great service narrowed the options down straight away which I should choose from, and even took my opinion into consideration even though it wasn't necessarily the mattress that was suited to me; he still allowed me to try out the other beds for a comparison. In the end he told me out of the two beds which he knew would benefit me more "to have a good night sleep", and told me he would never sell a product in which he knew would not do the job so told me honestly that it was easy out of the two mattresses which he would choose and which he would not advise and would not choose to sell me. Additionally the service given was amazing, he offered us a drink several times even when a family member who accompanied me seemed uncomfortable coughing he asked again just in case and he was very easy to communicate with.
