Me and my partner was greated with a colleague and felt this was very nice to be acknowledged straight away, we wasn't bombarded with the colleague which I liked, but I approached the sales team and she was very professional and answered all our questions, she talked about the technology you use to determine the kind of mattress that is more suitable to our needs, and this technology is pretty amazing. After our analysis she shown us different models that suited us, it didn't take that long to find the right mattress, I also love the fact that you have 40 nights to sleep on the mattress and if we're not entirely satisfied we can change to the value or more, she explained in great detail that if we was to exchange and if the product was to be cheaper that we wouldn't get the refund, I liked the fact that she was honest in everything she said. I can't wait for my mattress as we also had the choice of how it would be made, I've got a soft side mattress and my partner opted for a firm mattress.

Prior to my visit I had looked at items online. When I arrived at the store we were greeted by a staff member who was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgable. He and his colleague made the whole process of trying out and then buying a bed not only easy but also great fun!

Came to buy a mattress that was unsuitable. Staff found me exactly what I needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

My girlfriend and I spent the entire day visiting different bed stores and Dreams was the 5th one we visited. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by the manager, Felix. He asked us if we had any questions and I told him we were just looking. He did not hassle us after that. I then approached him later on and asked him some questions about mattresses. I explained that I had already chosen a bed from one of your competitors and just had some questions about mattresses. He did not hard-sell to us and was merely looking to help us find the ideal product that suited out needs. He suggested we try the virtual simulation which we were happy to do and afterwards he went through all of the recommended mattresses.. He didn't try to sell us any particular mattress and instead was happy to go through every one of the options and let us decide which we wanted without feeling pressured. Due to the excellent service we had received, we decided that we wanted to buy our bed from Felix as well as we felt he was the most honest and attentive person we had dealt with all day. In the end we purchased a bed, mattress, mattress protector and pillows from Felix and it was worth every penny.

Very quick and efficient, the visit was pleasant, I was offered a drink and got to try every mattress from the dreams bed machine, and I was not rushed, and when I asked a question the staff were very informative - Nottingham dreams store

Assistant very helpfull and knowledgeable. He was dressed very nicely and very polite. Hus name was Felix.

We were given good initial advice on the beds most appropriate for our needs, and then given time to discuss our choices. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout.

Alexandra was very knowledgable of the beds on offer, she took the time to help us decide on our best option, nothing was too much trouble. We felt that she understood our needs. Great experience.
