In the past have brought cheaper beds which where ok In the beginning but over time which of course have not maintained a quality sleep. So I'm going for quality this time and over time have a better sleep so gone for a higher priced bed and mattress this time because it's worth it

Felix welcomed me & explained the process for selecting the best bed for me. He went into great detail about why & how each bed & pillow was different and at no time did I feel any pressure to choose anything other than what I wanted, based on the information he gave me. He was very friendly and attentive. Also he made me a cracking cuppa!

When we arrived the store Felix approached us to see if we needed help, which we did. His advice and knowledge was fantastic. He explained all our options clearly. Will definitely use the store again.
