Aimee was very attentive and looked after us the whole time we were there. We were there with small children and she gave them colouring to do so that we could focus on everything we needed to. She was extremely informative and helpful and we got the product we wanted.

John was amazing he greeted us immediately with a friendly smile and very professional. Made us feel really comfortable and at ease. Not pressurised at all. Was very accomamdating to all out needs. All the staff there were very helpful. We as a family were very impressed. From the point we stepped foot into the store till we left. Couldn't be more happier with the service we received and my purchase. We were taken a back by the world class service we received here. I would definitely be back to this Nottingham store specifically and highly recommend this store, the staff and Dreams as a whole. AMAZING!!!!!!!

I was looking for a comfortable bed and was shown different mattresses and the variety of beds you stock with John. Then I came back to alter my order and Felix helped me choose another bed, both are perfect for my new house and I’m over the moon with the service at Dreams. I will recommend you to friends and family. I’m really excited about my bed delivery as I haven’t bought a new bed in 20 years!!

Informed staff , Felix, personable, assistance offered and given . I received just the right amount of help. I had previously visited your Dreams store on Newport Road, Cardiff and given lots of information and assistance, trying out to ‘mattress testing machine. I hope the mattress will meet my requirements when I receive it.

I was approached after entering the store by John, who understood straight away what I wanted. He showed me the items I was asking about straight away and explained in detail the types of products they were, the options and the prices. We looked online too for options before the purchase was made as well as seeing them in the shop.

Received great service and our needs were listened to and catered for.

Alexandra was very patient with us deciding which mattress. Also she was very accomodating when I needed to breastfeed my son. Felix also threw in some free pillows.
