I was greeted with a smile & taken to the beds I ask to look at. Everything was answered that I ask.

There was assistance when needed .was not pushy .new about the products were were interested in.

What sold it was the procedure with the machine determining exactly what bed was suited to our needs, the knowledge of the salesperson Felix and the quality of the product. As a result we spent £300 more than our budget.

I found the product I wanted which was anew mattress now I truly hope it suits my needs .

We have all our beds from dreams and have had no problems at all.
