Helpful staff. Clean environment to try beds

Alex was really friendly and understanding of our needs. She was very knowledgeable and kind and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable to go through the body mapping and mattress selection process, plus we got a lovely cuppa too!

We went in looking for a bed and mattress. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the assistant took time to establish our needs. We went on the sleep master to determine what was the best mattress for us. The assistant explained all the differences in the products and we ended up going for a Tempa. We then choose a bed and a few other things. The assistant was very helpful and friendly. I even got a KitKat and two cups of coffee! Great customer service from Alex and John. I wouldn’t shop any where else for my beds! Keep up the good work!

I have always been a Dreams customer and so have my friends. Always friendly and professional staff. Both John and Alex looked after me discussing my needs and giving me advice so that I could decide on my purchase with full facts. I was offered refreshments and just made to feel good. No rush and no blinding me with science. Dreams will always be my first stop for beds

We were greeted nicely but didnt jump down out throats. We tried the bed that tells us what's the best mattress for us and we were then shown a good variety of mattresses in a good price range as well. We were both offered a drink and explained about the importance of a good pillow. Overall the assistant was friendly, not too pushy and made me feel at ease.

John at the Nottingham store was very helpful. When I asked about a product he knew exactly what I was talking about. He was helping me pick between 3 beds and showing me how to close the ottoman on all 3 to see what was best for me.
