My fiancée and I visited the lady bay store several weeks prior to our recent purchase. The hospitality we received from the store colleagues was refreshing and memorable. Upon our return to make a purchase the service we received from Vivek was exceptional. His knowledge retention was very impressive, guiding us through additional purchases whilst providing useful advise tailored to our sleep habits. At no point did I feel pressured or get the impression he was trying to upsell. He clearly strives to deliver unmatched customer service to ensure satisfaction! Spot on!

Alex spoke to my husband and I right away and helped us pick out the right mattress for us. She is very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. She gave us a quote of the items we wanted then came back 10 minutes later and ordered our new Bed Frame and Mattress within minutes. She has awesome customer services skills and was a total pleasure to speak with.

The woman I dealt with was very friendly and gave me a few options to resolve the fact that the mattress I wanted was not in stock so had to be delivered

The lady we dealt with Alex was great, no pressure, lots of useful advice , knew her stuff and her colleague made us a coffee which was very welcome

Good service good quality products

The sales woman warmly welcomed and gave us sufficient info about beds, Special offers & even offered us a cup of tea... Wow never offered tea by sales person in the past.... When we identified the bed we wanted to buy, her colleague also come to help & identified offer for us. These 2 were amazing (Sales woman & her senior Colleague- Black guy). I forgot their names but their interpersonal skills are top class. I will certainly call back- walked out of the shop smiling, Completely changed my perception about Dreams. "Keep up good work"

Helpful friendly staff

The guy who helped us took his time, we never felt rushed, he had patience with us even when we asked daft questions. He even made us a few drinks. We couldn't fault him at all. We enjoyed the set up, the bed thing that tested what kind of mattress we needed helped, the store looked good and was easy to get around even with it being very busy as we arrived. We enjoyed it, even though we spent some good pennies, we feel like we've made good thought out choices

I went to the Dreams store today to buy mattresses for a new house we have recently purchased and was really pleased to find that the in store sale meant that I could purchase everything that I needed. We were in the store over an hour as I had 3 beds to buy and had to try out a lot of beds. Felix treated us and made us feel really at ease, was friendly and went out of his way to make my young daughter daisy feel involved too. We were offered drinks and daisy even got a mini mars bar which was a lovely touch! Felix was knowledgeable and took the time to really understand our needs. We tried various beds and, pillows and also purchased duvets as they were half price when purchasing the beds which helped our budget too. Really really pleased with the whole experience.
