Felix was happy for us to try as many beds as we wanted and was happy also to explain differences between the types of mattresses and the differences and extras you can have in the bases basically nothing was too much trouble

John who assisted me was very approachable and friendly. Left me to wonder around but was there when I had any questions. Even going as far as to get me a pillow so I could see which mattress was right for me and my sleeping style. He was excellent
