The assistant was very good, friendly, and knowledgeable. He happily helped us out with many our many questions. We did not receive this kind of service at any of the other stores that we visited.

the staff were extreemly friendly and the service was very efficient could not have been more helpful to the point of carrying some items to the car for us even though it was not necessary. We will definitely be going back.

Staff were very friendly and it was evident that they cared about our needs as a customer rather than just trying to get a sale. We used the sleep analyser and that was really helpful in choosing a mattress. John took us around different types of mattresses to try and was very knowledgeable about each one. When I came back to place the order it was done very quickly, there's wasn't a long wait for delivery date and I'm very excited for the mattress to arrive. Will definitely be returning to this store if I need bed stuff in the future!
