Dreams - Nottingham

After a day looking for beds we was lost and overwhelmed. When we came to dreams John was very keen to give us a detailed analysis on which type of bed would suit us. He would always be patient and never rushed our decision and met our budget expectations with the highest quality that he can offer.

Our assistant Alex was really good, patient and so helpful. She was friendly, knowledgeable and overall just great so a big thank you to her for all of her help. The valdation code for our visit/order is 115.

I was highly satisfied as i found what I needed very easily and purchased it very quickly. The staff were very kind and helpful and had great customer service. The values were really good and affordable I would definitely come back.

Was greeted straight away and assisted in all areas of our purchase, from advice to selecting the right bed and mattress. Even got free tea.

Felix took his time to find out exactly what we required, and after using the mattress machine, to work out what mattress would be best for each of us, let us take our time to try out the different mattresses on offer.
