John was very knowledgeable about the products. Answered all of our queries.

Felix at the castle marina store greeted us as soon as we walked into the store. Was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided great customer service. Deserves a raise or a promotion. Out of all the staff I saw there and how others where served Felix was by far the most attentive.

Ww were dealt with professionally by a friendly member of staff who explained everything to us. Unfortunately we had just missed the promotion on the tempur range.
