Friendly staff nolegable about the beds I purchased and helpful

The customer adviser - Alex was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. If there was something she wasn't sure about, she knew who to ask for further advice. She took care to understand our needs going the extra mile to offer an excellent service. The was no pushy sales, gave us time to think about out potential purchase, we even left the store to discuss between ourselves and make our decision. Returning to the store to finalise the order. Everything was explained fully. The only downside was because we were not taking out the finance the manager asked for an additional deposit to be paid. Almost like being punished for not taking out finance.

I felt very welcomed by Alex the sales lady who helped me. She was very knowledgable and I was impressed with the sleep machine which tested the way I slept in order to help me find the perfect mattress. She was not pushy and answered all the questions I asked. I was able to test all the beds which were most suited to me and the store was nice and quiet so I felt comfortable to do so.

I had booked an appointment which I turned up early for. I was seen almost amediatly, the salesman was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, spent a long time with me and offered his advice when needed.

After a day looking for beds we was lost and overwhelmed. When we came to dreams John was very keen to give us a detailed analysis on which type of bed would suit us. He would always be patient and never rushed our decision and met our budget expectations with the highest quality that he can offer.
