I was very very satisfied with my experience at Dreams this afternoon, this was due to the staff member who helped us throughout our visit, called John. He was very professional and helped me find the correct mattress and bed that I wanted, he was very understanding and very helpful. After we made our purchase he explained everything that we needed to know.

John was knowledgeable, swift and friendly. Offered me a drink and left me to contemplate my choice alone. Which I liked. The test bed was brilliant! Good selection and nice clean store. I know because John had rubber gloves on before we started 😂
