John was very helpful, telling us all of the deals available, giving specific details about the mattresses, bed frames, and pillows e.g. the pros and cons of the different slats on the bed frames. He came over at the right times to make sure we were ok and asked if he could help. He also got someone to put the mattress we were buying on the bed frame we wanted so that we could see the height. Overall, great service !

I was going to place my order online but decided to call my local Nottingham store and place the order through them. I ordered on March 21 - just as we are in the throws of the Coronavirus pandemic. The Nottingham store was fantastic and have assured me I will have my bed in a week. We popped in to the store to collect a mattress protector and even though these are scary days for all of us especially your staff and the store closing they remained extremely vigilant, polite and showed me what I had ordered by phone and made sure I was pleased with my choice.

Staff were amazing.. John who served us was fantastic. No pressure sales.. came in for a divan base but left with an order for that and a tempur mattress.. All staff were great.. IT crashed and someone else sorted that promptly and the manager was also attentive

I was very very satisfied with my experience at Dreams this afternoon, this was due to the staff member who helped us throughout our visit, called John. He was very professional and helped me find the correct mattress and bed that I wanted, he was very understanding and very helpful. After we made our purchase he explained everything that we needed to know.
