The lady who served me Judy was lovely, friendly and very helpful with my inquires! She put me on a bed machine that tests my sleeping positions and showed me around all the product for me she asked questions about what I wanted and my needs and helped me with everything!!

We were greeted immediately as we entered the store our sales rep was very helpful in finding the right bed for us, and listening to our likes and dislikes. Also spent a lot of time going through the pros and cons of the mattresses we were looking at

I received excellent customer service from all the staff at my local Dreams store. In particular I received excellent I to I service from an assistant called Judy. She made my friend and I extremely welcome and comfortable in the store. She knew all about the products and gave excellent customer service. She was very friendly and helpful, so was the store manager. I had to call my bank about a money transfer which they both helped me with. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be recommending that store to friends and family. Thank you all so much.

John, who served me, was fabulous. Knowledgeable and friendly. Assistance was offered as soon as I walked in, but it was not overbearing, and he waited for me to approach rather than following me like a shadow as in some stores. Excellent price and service so far.
