The shop assistant John was very helpful and informative! He explained how the machine worked (regarding a mattress) and the results. He was not pushy for me to buy the most expensive thing, and instead showed me several choices and was honest with these ideas! I originally had one view of what I wanted, but through John understanding and listening to me, he explained the size and everything and I realised this was not practical with the space I had, however I found something even better with his help!
