Great service, polite and was taken good care of from the staff, especially our assistant. Very pleased with the vast range of mattresses available within the store and was able to find the perfect mattress that met our needs. Can't wait for the delivery now.

polite knowlegable staff member. gave advice very well but not felt under any pressure. not rushed to make a quick decision given time. twice offered a drink of water. very friendly staff not only the staff member dealing with us but other members of staff as well. unexpected to be given the opportunity to lay on the bed machine to find the correct mattress for us both.
