The service was excellent from arriving at the shop ,john was excellent as well

Very good care from the moment we arrived. the assistant was not at all pushy but explained everything and answered all our queries.

Assistant was there but not in your face, invited us to try out as many mattresses as we liked.

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I came into the store but Alex made me feel welcome and listened to my needs and guided me well.

The sales advisor John was very helpful and knowledgeable, made our visit to the store enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy, they asked if they could help and pointed me in the right direction and when I was ready to order they were on hand. Very good

I don’t enjoy shopping and the thought of looking fir and buying a new bed was daunting but your assistant john soon put my Mind at rest. He had good knowledge and advice about particular beds etc
