We were treated with respect and nothing was too much trouble. It was a hot day and we were offered water and seating while we had to wait.

During covid the store was kept in perfect cleanliness , the staff were well informed of there guidelines and followed them to the letter , The staff were absolutely brilliant and didn’t rush us into making a choice of beds ‘ We wasn’t talked into buying an expensive bed , they found us the bed that was perfect for our health conditions. I would like to say ‘. I will be telling everyone to try dreams before going anywhere else We did buy a nice bed and are looking forward to its arrival x Thank you Paula

Great service, polite and was taken good care of from the staff, especially our assistant. Very pleased with the vast range of mattresses available within the store and was able to find the perfect mattress that met our needs. Can't wait for the delivery now.
