Felix was very patient and knowledgeable. He let us take the our time to make our decision and his recommendations were based on our needs and what was suggested by the sleep assessment machine.

I visited Dreams with my 90 year old father who was looking to purchase a new mattress. We were made so welcome by the store staff and especially by Vivek who looked after us. What a smashing chap. Dad was really impressed with the computer mattress selector and the mattresses he tried. He purchased a new mattress and base which will be delivered in 3 weeks time. Thoroughly happy with the whole experience.
