Member of staff dealt with us immediately on arrival. We had previously looked at beds and she was able to show us exactly what we wanted and advise us on price. Order was placed very efficiently to suit our needs.

Your assistant was very friendly & helpful from the minute I walk into the store, she was knowledgeable about the the mattress I was interested in, she let me test all the mattresses in the tempur range. She ran through all the offers that went with my purchase. I will definitely look for her when I shop at your store again.

We were very happy with the service we received, especially as we were ‘measured’ on the bed machine to find out which mattresses were right for me and my husband. We were pleased that the results gave us a variety of choices to try and they weren’t all expensive.

We received immediate assistance when we entered the store. We were given time alone to browse the products and then when we needed assistance it was quickly and efficiently provided by John. Nice cuppa provided, thank you for making our purchase quick and easy.

Felix was very helpful and had an answer to every question we had. He recommended products as well as having us in the sleep machine that confirmed we are looking for the correct mattress. He is good at upselling as we basicly walked out with completely new everything! Very skilled guy, he did a great job

Beth was very helpful, friendly and approachable, she gave us time to browse the mattresses by ourselves after the initial greeting and introduction to the colour coded runners, she offered us pillows to really experience a comfortable sleep and found out the availability of our narrowed down choices, quickly and efficiently. Once we had decided, we were happy to place our order with Beth.
