We were greeted by Alex as we arrived in store and she stayed with us throughout and advised us about various products. She had a lovely manner not pushy just very helpful and gave us lots of advise as to the best product for our price range and needs. As a result we made a purchase of a new bed and mattresses. Really pleased with purchase

Vivek was very friendly , professional, knowledgeable and courteous without pushing us or making us feel under pressure. He remembered us on our return visit and stayed with us till after the store was closed without making us feel rushed.
