Salesman (John) was very friendly and efficient and explained our options and everything fully. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure.

We went in thinking we knew what we wanted but actually after hearing advice from the helpful saleswoman we realised that we were wrong. She asked our budget early on and didn’t try and push anything. Was a very pleasant experience.

The staff in store were all very friendly. John suggested I tried the sleep matcher, meaning I could find the right match for my mattress. He was more than helpful and I’m so glad I got a great mattress at a great price. I left the store feeling happy and satisfied.
