We were very impressed with the level of competence and cleanliness in response to the Covid19 outbreak. We felt very safe buying our divan base in person rather than online. John also explained what will happen when it is delivered, and that sounds very impressive too.

Felix was unbelievably polite, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the product, understood why we had visited, and was prepared to listen to our questions. Felix left us to trial the various options, and did not try to sell something that we did not want. His knowledge of previous products (our original purchase, made several years ago, is no longer available) was very important, and his explanations were clear and precise.
