No pushy sales but good advice given

Because there was no hard sell.

I enjoyed my shopping experience due to the fact that the assistant was very friendly and compassionate towards my needs. I felt very comfortable during my visit.

Being offered the body mapping to tailor our needs. Being adviced on why my partner is experiencing sleep problems. Given various options of mattresses to test and choose from.

The sales assistant was very helpful. Was there when we needed but did not follow us around watching our every move, made a real change!! Just gave good advice & let us choose on our own

We were greeted immediately on arrival and one of teh staff took our coats as they were soaking wet. Beth then spoke to us at length about what we wanted and were looking for and was very friendly and helpful in assisting us make the decisions we needed to. We used the Sleep Master system which was very good and then Beth took us round and allowed us plenty of time to try out each of the options it had recommended. Once we had decided she then took us through a very simple process to order what we had selected and the delivery timescale was much sooner than we thought. We never felt rushed at all and even though the store was busy we were given plenty of time to choose and order.

The sales assistant went into great detail about difference in quality of mattresses which was our prime concern

I received excellent customer service and really enjoyed my visit. Would definitely shop here again very soon. I’m a very happy customer.

We were dealt with by John who swiftly took us through the options of the mattress we were looking for. Once we’d chosen we were delighted to be able to buy the display mattress at a very good discount. We were also given free delivery despite needing a weekend slot plus free collection of our old mattress.

Felix was really friendly and very helpful took his time and explained himself well when telling me about the products he made me feel comfortable excellent service and good manners
