Our salesman Vivek was a thoroughly organised knowledgeable person who put us at ease immediately and followed correct social distancing rules, offered us bottled water and showed us the different products on offer in line with our mattress testing experience. Vivek explained everything without being too complicated and gave us all the time we needed to make our choices without pressuring us into buying any specific products. Vivek also ensured that we were made aware of any offers and clarified everything before we made the commitment to buy. Our experience was a very pleasing one in the presence of such a well presented and professional salesman, we would certainly recommend this store.
