Quick and efficient. John was fab and so helpful.

John, the sales assistant was excellent with a good knowledge of the products. He was very helpful, explaining everything regarding delivery and collection of my old mattress. nothing was too much trouble. He was very friendly. He carried out all the necessary covid recommendations. Dreams was recommended by my son who purchased a mattress from this branch a few weeks ago. The compatibility bed is excellent. I would certainly recommend Dreams.

Vivek who we saw was very helpful. We already knew which bed we were coming to look at and it was very easy to find. We were welcomed into the store & shown the CV-19 measures etc. We then went straight to the bed & had a look at some others to compare. Vivek then came upstairs to offer assistance if needed & we explained our circumstances (New home owners, sorting out everything). He then went through the order process & explained extra insurances / construction option / Saturday delivery costs & left the choice up to us while highlighting the benefits (did not feel like a forced sales pitch, informative and open which is to our liking). Placement of the order was speedy, as was payment & social distancing measures were appropriate, practical & not too imposing. All done in 15 minuites of entering the store so very happy!
