We were greeted on arrival and shown sanitizing products before having the description of beds explained to us, all at social distancing. We were then left to look around on our own but told we could ask for assistance at any time. We could also try any of the beds which would be covered with a protective cover beforehand. When we had made our decision we were shown to a desk where we placed our order, protective screen between the assistant and ourselves. Each step of the process was clearly explained to us. Most helpful service throughout our visit.
