I came in to store with minimal expectation of a resolution of the problem that was one of the ‘buy in a box’ mattresses. I hated the ‘Emma’ one I bought. Sean was patient, and took the time to find a solution for me - I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Service from members of staff was spot on. Very polite and let us just wander the store and try beds without pestering a sale even though we arrived just before closing there was no rush and they were happy to give us the time we needed

Matt was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Such a pleasant young man with good product knowledge and explained everything very well especially payment.
