The colleague helping us (Dennis) was extremely helpful and very approachable, we looked elsewhere but decided we wanted to come back to Dreams to purchase what we needed, because of Dennis

The man that was helping us was fantastic. Dennis was friendly kind and helpful and made me feel really comfortable he didn't pressure us but helped when needed and explained everything clearly you should feel happy having amazing staff like Dennis and all the other staff seemed friendly and helpful too

As soon as i walked in the norwich store i was greeted by matthew he asked me what i was looking for. i told him i wanted a mattress but didnt know what sort,sohe went through the whole process to see what suited my needs and was very helpfull.
