Was impressed with the machine determining what firmness of mattress is ideal for us, which in turn helped us choose the appropriate mattress. The staff was always helpful, well knowledged and professional without being pushy. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was excellent, covid rules were adhered to very well. Didn't feel rushed, was able to take time and consider all our options.
