The overall experience was great, we came about 6 months ago and saw Dennis an bought a bed and again a couple of days ago and we were delighted to see Dennis again to get a mattress this time. Dennis is an asset to dream's and provides the best service ever, we are so happy with our purchases and look forward to dealing with dreams again, thanks

Couldn’t ask for anything better

After explaining to staff what our requirements were and the budget we were working with we were shown the kind of product and price that we were looking for. The staff member took us straight to a couple of sofas that he thought would suit our needs and he was spot on so much so that we purchased two. He was very knowledgeable very polite patient and with a good sense Of humour he made the whole experience very easy.

Matthew at the Norwich store was polite and friendly. He gave good advice and at no point did we feel pressured into a decision. He gave us all the time we needed. Coffee was really good as well.

Greeted, drink offered, great service

The servers were very competent and all very pleasant,I was quite impressed They were there when I needed them, and pointed out the different beds.

Our sales assistant David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back again

Matthew at the Sprowston store helped us as soon as we walked through the door, was friendly and professional, very helpful. PPE all used correctly, social distancing correctly in place - overall very happy with my visit.
