We were greeted by David at the Longwater store in Norwich. He was very helpful and polite. We were impressed that we were offered a cup of coffee and David and a colleague took the time to double check the order. We ended up with a discount of nearly £600 on our order. Impressed by the way the store is run and the attention to detail. David, you were an absolute star.!!! Definitely will be returning if we need other items. All the staff are great. Thank you guys for outstanding customer service. And we were offered a bottle of water each for the journey home. Very happy customers.

We dealt with Denis on a previous visit and were more than satisfied with every aspect of the visit. We saw him again this time and the experience was just as good.

Excellent customer service from Dave with no hard sell - just the facts & pros & cons of each mattress explained. Had bought an EMMA mattress online but weren’t getting on with it so came to Dreams for the mattress assessment - tried out various mattresses that matched our assessment & walked out 45 mins later having bought a TEMPUR, which was the 2nd top recommendation from our ‘results’.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and nice without being pushy or overbearing. They helped me exactly as much as I needed it but also gave me space to think and decide. What a love bunch! Couldn’t be happier.

The ability to be tested on the test bed to determine my specific needs was very reassuring and certainly helped in selecting the matters I purchased. The colleague was very knowledgeable, did not rush me, was very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel like he was most interested in meeting my needs rather than selling me a mattress. Most refreshing and comforting experience!! Well done to the whole team at the store.

The staff member (Dennis) was friendly and was able to answer all our questions. He approached us early on a d also left us to explore the beds he had suggested without making us feel pressured
