I was happy with the customer service in the shop, but when I tied to change the address for delivery the experience was not so seamless. Initially I phoned the shop who explained that I had to speak to someone elsewhere. I was put through to the department to be told that it should have been handled in store, and I was asked to wait on the phone while the shop was advised of the procedure. I duly phoned the shop back to discover that the manager wasn't in until later in the day. It was considerably later in the day when I phoned the shop again to discover the process involved me getting back to the shop with identification .... -something i could not achieve at that point. Perhaps staff training is need in this?

I found some of the descriptions on the beds to be mis-leading and the staff member seemed a little unsure of the details/ prices quoted on the beds.

In general I was very satisfied. My only significant complaint is that once we had chosen our items to buy it took a considerable amount of time to complete the order and set up the payment method. This delay was not down to the ability of the salesman - who was fantastic - but the design and speed of the online ordering system along with the length of time it took to sot out credit checks

The shop was very busy and it was difficult to understand how to ask staff for help. Once we had the staff member all went very well, except we were told that there was a free travel pillow to go with the package but this has never materialised?

No staff to ask, after nearly an hour wandering on my own I made decision with no advice. Staff then put my order thru, but waffled on about their holiday and puppy over and over when by that point I just wanted to buy and get home

The sales person in the store, not sure if his name was sean or Sam was very rude and very unhelpful. Was told I could get military discount however needed my dad and the card there (was his discount). Game back the next day and said I couldn’t get the discount because I don’t live with him. It’s a friends and family discount..
