Beds are still pricey materess being even more so.

I was Satisfied with everything on purchasing a new mattress. Highly satisfied with the sales assistance who helped us in choosing for our needs and amount of money we wanted to spend.

Very friendly sales assistant, not too pushy but very helpful. Product was available for delivery reasonably quickly. Would shop again

Everything was absolutely fine, but felt delivery time of one month was a long time.

The item has not been delivered and i have not tried it

Because we have not received the goods yet and can not be Highly satisfied until all matters have been completed. Give me these questions after having the goods for a month and the answers will be different.

The store was pretty soul less not very inspiring I don't know if that's the norm for bed stores. We got there early only one guy working (Dave) he was brilliant but he had to multitask like a champion from answering the phone as well as taking care of us and other customers, and of all days the coffee machine was broken😄. We my have not come away with the best deal but we came away with the mattress that we wanted .

I do not like spending my money

The service was good, guys really nice and very helpful, so cannot fault the service, but a little more than £30 discount when purchasing three beds would have been good, and the rating would have been highly satisfied.

There is always room for improvement. If I chose highly satisfied instead of satisfied you would not have any target to aim for.
