The price went up between looking at the product and ordering it. The prices appear to change every week. The salesman was apologetic but did not know whether the price would ever go back to the price we originally saw. We had to pay £80 more than we thought we would. The pricing structure appears to be random.

Frame we wanted was not in stock, even when we found a replacement this was not in stock in the colour we wanted so had to go for a different colour

We spoke to the manager who was highly knowledgeable and helpful. The other member of staff we spoke to was not as knowledgeable but he was equally helpful.

The mattress I wanted was not available in my time frame so felt I had to 'make do' with a lesser product.

Only that my first choice of size of bed could not be matched with my mattress and headboard of choice therefore I have had to compromise on my first wishes. This does not reflect in a criticism of the staff member who helped me with my order.

on the whole I was pleased with my visit and feel dreams have scored as high as I would rate anybody, perfection is a hard thing to create!
