I received excellent service from your staff but was unable to take advantage of your interest free service as the Barclays application page froze during our purchase. This meant I had to pay for the bed much sooner than I would have liked. The dreams member of staff mentioned this had happened before and that the company was considering hitachi capital instead. I chose to use dreams because of the interest free offer.

We were not told this item was not a sale item and therefore we did not receive the 20% discount which was being advertised - TV, in store, etc. We did not realise this until we looked at the order confirmation on arriving home - we did telephone the next day and were told that this item was not in the sale! A little disappointing as we thought this applied to all items in the store.

I ordered my bed from the Norwich sprowston site. In comparison to the bensons for beds next door the site itself feels very dated and not a premium experience like buying a bed at bensons. I still bought from dreams as I preferred the mattress, but I think the site can do a lot to improve and modernise. The look of the store is very warehouse like, the computers dated etc.

Once we had selected the bedframe we then tried the mattress on the bed and decided that we would purchase both as the display price was within our budget however when the salesman came to assist he said the mattress was not the one advertised and shouldn't be on that bed , and it was in fact double the price of the advertised one,of course we were disappointed and slightly annoyed . We did continue to purchase the bed,mattress and other items but later cancelled the mattress .

I cannot fault the service provided. They were all very helpful. Unfortunately the mattress we were looking at online was not in store and the machine that works out which may suit us best had to be re-booted due to malfunction.
