It’s a problem we have found tonight we were printing and filing paperwork and it turns out our finance agreement is for the full amount the 20% we’ve paid hasn’t been taken off. So we will have to call tomorrow

Dennis who served us was very helpful was on hand if we needed him but not too intrusive. We asked for the mattress to be put on a slatted base as opposed to a diva. When Dennis asked his manager he was told it would make no difference and yet the hypnos website states that it does. Dennis found a colleague and moved the mattress. Thank you Dennis for going the extra mile

I looked on line at the reviews of this mattress and they were all very bad. I therefore will go back to the store and select a different mattress. The mattress in question was a "Hyde & Sleep" hybrid.

I ordered a divan base with matching headboard as displayed in the showroom however, it wasn’t until I checked the details of my order on email later that I discovered there is an additional charge of £20 to assemble the bed. When purchasing other large items of furniture (i.e. reclining sofa, armchair and dining table) from other furniture stores these have been assembled free of charge. Come on Dreams, assemble the bed as part of your customer service. If this is really a quick and easy job as Sean the salesman assured me, this is your opportunity to check everything is in order and wow your customer!
