Only that the systems were unavailable which made the ordering process longer, however Matt did it all by hand and emailed the order to me later. I know it was unavoidable but a little frustrating.

no peticular reason the staff was exceptional as have said on the survey but generally the Store was no different to other bed places id seen .

The only element that would have added to my score was if I had been offered to try the mattress test. I was not aware of its availability until after my purchase. Otherwise yes, highly satisfied!

Delivery longer than expected for a stock item

The first store assistant we spoke to was not interested in what we wanted just pushed and pushed for a sale. When we told him we wanted to leave and discuss our options he started to push harder and in direction of beds we was not interested in. Once we returned, Dennis was brilliant, made us feel comfortable and was solely focused on us and not getting a sale.

Before we entered the store we noticed in the window that there was a 20% discount which ended Bank Holiday Monday. This did not seem to be applicable in store which was rather disappointing. I did get an excellent deal on the Hudson bed but the more expensive (Insignia) bed was not discounted. Suggest removal of misleading window discounts if they are not going to be applicable in store.
