Dreams - Norwich

We have a new mattress on order to be delivered early February so we are unable to rate until we have received and tried our goods

Will see how I get on when get bed delivered

Too many divan style beds and too few beds in other styles.

Didn’t have the specific colour of the wooden bed I wanted.

everything was good but no wow factor

I would of liked to if got a bigger king size, but funds would not allow. But was very pleased with service from Dennis ( coffee was lovely ) he was very knowledgable and not at all pushy.

i am happy with the experience i had today just not a lot to pick from as i wanted a 2"6' bed only 2 to pick from

Whilst the staff (Sean) at the Norwich site was absolutely amazing and I could not fault him, it was disappointing that the stock wasn’t larger and that there wasn’t more customisation in cheat of drawers etc. As we live in the city, we do not own a car so the easiest way to get to dreams is by bus so we were disappointed not to see the bed frame that we wanted to purchase (which we purchased anyway! And took the gamble!)

Spent a long time choosing a bed and mattress, Dennis was brilliant couldn't fault him, before me find the right mattress, just really disappointed that there is a long lead time on the bed and I couldn't have the mattress delivered sooner than the bed. Happily wound wait longer for the bed and put the mattress in the floor! I have a bad back and have to wait 6 weeks on an uncomfortable mattress. I can't sleep and I'm in pain.
