We were satisfied but not highly satisfied - the delivery time we have been given is around 4 weeks. Had it been 1-2 weeks then that might have taken it to "highly" satisfied. Similarly on price, we felt it was reasonably fair. For it to have been highly satisfying we would have needed to have felt like we were getting a really good deal/bargain and we did not feel that. Also advertising quoted discounts of 60% on some items (not the ones we purchased of course) - such large discounts diminish the plausibility of the original price and make us think we might be being over-charged.

I was very satisfied

Wasn't expecting to pay as much.

Initially all sales personnel were busy so we left and returned. This gave us time to discuss the the options we had seen. When we returned we were seen quickly and placed the order.
