Card machine was down. IT issues. Has to process everything again manually. They struggled to get through to another branch to take payment. Took a long time.

I could have done with a clearer visual guide to prices - it was all mixed throughout the store. It would have been easier if pricing bands were grouped together

I found a bed online that I liked but only the Ipswich store had it I couldn’t order it from Norwich store which seemed a bit strange I don’t like to buy big items like this online other places would have ordered it with me possibly online so I still get the service

David was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly, he was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble, a true credit to the team! How ever the assistant manager was rude, arrogant and un professional spoke to David in a demeaning manner in front of me and I found that shocking for a manager to have that attitude towards his staff and customers.

Highly satisfied is an above and beyond kind of rating. I don't really have that kind of relationship with retail. Ultimately, I got the things I was after at a very competitive price, however, the time to delivery (approx. 10 weeks) is a bit of a pain. It's perfectly understandable in the current situation and I'm not really that fussed.
