Dreams - Norwich

The assistant Sean in your. Norwich store was so helpful without being pushy, I intended to visit many bed stores in Norwich and went to Dreams first, and was so happy with the assistance and interest for my needs by Sean, that I didn't bother to go any further! And the hot chocolate was excellent. Just wish I didn't have to wait 6 weeks to get my first good nights sleep.Gillian Simpson.

Sean and the gentleman who offered us coffee were friendly and helpful and had all the information we required at their fingertips. This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams and we have been so satisfied with the first bed, which we are only changing because as we are in our 80s we felt it was time for a Superking, that we didn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I got what I needed in the time I had. the staff even put in the effort to find my 4 year old son something to do whist we sorted out the paperwork.

Found what we wanted quickly and were then able to pay straight away and get everything sorted out swiftly.

Matt was extremely helpful didnt rush us provided pillows to try with the mattress 2 of which we brought. Was so impressed we returned within the hour for my mother to purchase one. Confident thid wouldnt of happened had matt not been do attentive and helpful

The salesmen were friendly and efficient but not pushy. They left us alone to happily browse after initially checking that we knew what we were looking for. As soon as we'd decided on a purchase, Matt dealt with us very professionally.

I went knowing what I needed and Kieran was so receptive and dealt with me so efficiently showing me just what I envisage. On top f that I recieved further discounts for purchasing showroom stock that gave me a great extra and unexpected saving!

We were looking for a divan bed and mattress but it is not plainly clear that the divan price did NOT include the headboard, we presumed that buying a bed meant the whole thing, there didn't seem to be any seperate prices for headboards.

The mattress we wanted couldn't be delivered for 12 weeks so had to pay more for another that could be delivered in 10days
