Dreams - Norwich

We had visited the store earlier in the year and we spoke with Sean he was very helpful and explained about the tempur products very thoroughly. So when we came back to the store Sean was very helpful in placing our order. We did have a slight problem in that when we got home we realised we had been charged for the free travel pillow, but I rang straight away and Sean sorted a refund for us and was very apologetic.

No pressure sales approach Questions asked to establish what we thought our requirements were. We purchased a Tempur matress and was given a free travel pillow we neede pillows an d asked if we could trade up to full size by paying the difference in price this would have been a nice added value gesture but accepted it was not company policy

This was the first firniture store we went in to where we were not bombarded as soon as we walked in the door and we were left to just look at what dreams had to offer with the knowledge if we needed assistence someone was there that could help. Which we found the bed we wanted and David was very nice to assist us with our purchase.

David was very helpful and highly knowledgeable. He was able to advise of what mattresses would best suit my needs and budget.

The assistant was very knowledgeable & approachable. We were given options on the best mattress for us. The offer of assembly was welcomed.

As we have shopped with Dreams before we knew the quality of your products and good service the staff give! Matthew S was particularly helpful when choosing the mattress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and included me (Mrs Peck) in each conversation. This was much appreciated as I am in a wheelchair and this means such a lot to me. We were shown the different mattresses and the colour coding and the whole process went very smoothly.

We were offered a drink straight away. We were offered a variety of mattressses and allowed a good amount of time to try them out. We were given a different pillow to try too. He also looked at our body alignment whilst lying on the bed.

We visited twice to finalise our purchase choice and both chaps we spoke to were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We had a great experience with the sale side of things - just hope delivery and collection keep up to standard !
