Dreams - Norwich

Stairway restricted my options to a rolled mattress. Searching for one led me to Dreams and I was most impressed by the range and choice available. The staff in store were very knowledgeable of the products and gave me good advice and plenty of time to try out the various mattresses. I don't think I would have found this anywhere else.

We visited the Norwich store, and Kieran was very friendly and helpful. He had great product knowledge and quickly helped us find the perfect bed for us. It was a quick process to purchase with no jargon everything was explained well not leave not fully understanding things.

From the moment of walking in the store I was treated with respect and kindness and professionalism.

Great service from Matthew S, good knowledge of the products and very patient with us going backwards and forwards between mattresses and beds.

Sales assistant was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions that we had regarding the mattresses that we were enquiring about and he made sure we were fully informed of the ordering process.

The non pushy attitude with the confidence in the product and after care service on offer was the best we have found we feel totally reassured that this was money well spent thank you

We knew our requirements which the assistant responded to with a detailed knowledge of the product and we were able to complete the purchase without hesitation.

Greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. Was then directed to the appropriate area of the store and an offered of coffee, David had another customer but he made contact and said he would only be a few minutes. He returned shortly and assisted us with our purchase, demonstrating the product etc.. All your colleagues seemed genuinely friendly and willing to assist (David in particular). The experience was first class and a welcome relief from past shopping experiences at some other stores (not Dreams).

We were given time to explore the store without any hassle, when we made a couple of choices the sales person explained the differences, we then made our choice based on information given.

The store assistant ( Sean ) well understood our requirement and gave very good advise on our needs and problems we had.
