The two gentlemen who looked after us where brilliant. They took us around showed us all the different options they answered all our questions made us some drinks and then left us to look around with no pressure for as long as she needed. Once we had tried some beds and narrowed it down they were available to make pur final choice and put the order through. They were called Sean and Dave

Found exactly what we wanted - staff were friendly (not pushy which I hate) when we were looking and trying out the beds. They let us know if we needed any help to seek assistance when ready. Also offered coffee/tea whilst we were browsing - nice touch. Mathew S who served us was very polite, helpful and went through everything with us from purchase, delivery and finance. Can't find fault with anything.

Skilled and knowledgeable assistance from Sean, the deputy store manager and a nice welcoming cup of tea. That always goes down well !!! The purchase was completed very courteously and sympathetically.

The Manager, Kieran was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He did not rush us even though the store was due to close in 20 minutes. He then stayed on for an hour after closing to enable us to try different products. I then purchased a Flaxby mattress after he recommended it to me for its superior quality. He sold us two pillows which weren't suitable and he exchanged them the following day for more suitable ones. I can highly recommend and his team for their professionalism and ability to provide quality customer care.

Dave the assistant helped us with our sofa bed questions and sadly as the product we were looking to buy wasn't in the store he helped us understand its dimensions and availability to view in a close store which was important to us. We then purchased a pillow which we didn't plan to and then Dave was very attentive and had great customer rapport.

We were greeted by Sean in the Norwich Branch . He was very helpful polite and told us all about the product we were looking at . He then made us a coffee and left us to try all the other beds in the store in our own time . Then came back to us to chat about the products , it was nice not to be pressured or chased around but given a chance to have time to consider our choices . We decided on the purchase and Sean sorted out everything quickly and efficiently. funny really as we went in for a bed for my daughter and came out with a mattress for us ,so will have to visit again for my daughters bed . Thank you Sean .

I was highly satisfied with my purchase as I was in and out within 30 mins and was even offered a cup of coffee.
